The Bush regime said Tuesday that babies born in the United States to illegal immigrants with low incomes could automatically qualify for one year of Medicaid coverage, just as babies born to United States citizens did.
The change came just 15 days after the State of Washington challenged the policy in a lawsuit. Gov. Chris Gregoire of Washington welcomed the change.
“The Constitution could not be more clear,” Ms. Gregoire said. “Babies born in the United States are citizens, regardless of who their parents are.”
Ms. Gregoire said the original policy, adopted last July, would have delayed care for 8,000 “infant citizens” of her state. Washington State had argued that the federal policy denied “equal protection of the laws” to citizen children of illegal immigrants.
Leslie V. Norwalk, acting administrator of the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, said: “We have heard the concerns and are taking action to ensure that newborns in similar circumstances are treated the same under Medicaid eligibility rules. We intend to modify the documentation requirements to put all babies born in the United States whose deliveries are covered by Medicaid on an equal footing.”

The conclusion I have reached in a conversation with our Vice President about America & Europe.
America is a country that was formed from immigrants all over Europe. White people from England, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Russia, even Romania formed together a new country and together with it, a new concept. In Europe Germans are fighting for Germany, Scottish for Scotland and so on. In Europe there have been many battles among our brothers and sisters just for pieces of land and sometimes stupid pride! Germans believe are better then Poles, Poles believe are better then Russians, Romanians believe are better then Hungarians, French believe are better then Germans and so on.
The truth is certain, there is no such thing as a German race, or a French race, or a Romanian race! There is only one race we are talking about in here. The white race, the European race, the Caucasian race if you prefer! Of course we have developed different languages, different traditions and so on, just like in a family, brothers are brothers but are different and sometimes pick different paths in life but that doesn’t make them “different families”, they are still from one family because either they like it or not, they bare the same bloodline.

Adolf Hitler warned the world that when the Jews lie, they lie so big so that people can almost not believe that it is a lie. The Jews then turned this around and said that Hitler propagated this technique, when in fact he warned against it as a Jewish trick.
This Big Lie tactic has been used by Jews over and over again. The latest example has come with a  campaign being launched by the World Zionist Organization and the Jewish Agency for Israel, aimed at enlisting Internet surfers to speak out against Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and his questioning of the mythical Jewish Holocaust.
According to the Jews, in a speech in October 2005, Ahamdinejad threatened to “wipe Israel off the map”.
Shlomo Molla, Head of the Department for Zionist Institutes in the World Zionist Organization, who initiated the campaign, said that “the words of the Iranian President are provocative and we must not ignore them. The aggressive anti-Semitic campaign led by Ahmadinegad, which is influencing millions of people, is not less dangerous than Iran’s attempt to develop nuclear weapons.”

More then 7000 jews who live in France demand political asylum in USA because ”we are submitted to extreme anti-Semitism coming from arabs and we don’t feel safe anymore in France”.
Although jews and arabs are racially related and belong to the same Semitic race, they are in a war, jihad how arabs call it. France should not host arabs nor jews in the first place because France is Europe. France is not Middle East! However, the people who allowed the arabs in France are actually jews. The French government is filled with jewish senators and most of all, in France there are many jew-owned organizations who promote globalization and the “bringing of Islam into Europe”. Now these jews probably regret what they did. If you ask yourself why did they wanted to bring the arabs in Europe, the answer is simple! They feel safer in a multicultural society and most of all they don’t like our Christian religion.
Ilan Halimi a young jew from Paris was kidnapped and murdered by arabs, the jews said in their petition to obtain the asylum and the status of ‘refugees’ in the US.

Proponents say system could be running in 11 years if scientists can overcome technical and political hurdles
Since the dawn of the Space Age, people and hardware have thundered into orbit, shoved skyward by barely controlled explosions. Now, a loosely connected group of scientists and engineers hopes to make a launch as easy - and nearly as gentle - as pushing the “penthouse” button on an elevator.
To proponents, space elevators promise to slash the cost of sending cargo and people into space. And, they say, elevators would eliminate the costly need to overengineer satellites and other payloads to survive the rigors of a launch.
And where once even supporters held that space elevators were decades away, some scientists and engineers suggest that the first elevator could be running in 11 years. That bold prediction involves two big assumptions, they acknowledge. First, new materials currently in the laboratory will live up to their potential; second, potential environmental and political hurdles will be overcome.

A non-White invader from Pakistan who was arrested under the Bush regime’s criminal “rendition” secret kidnapping and detention scheme, has resurfaced in Australia where he is running for public office.
Mamdouh Habib an unemployed 51-year-old father of four, was an early case of rendition. He was seized in Pakistan in October 2001, where he has alleged that he was tortured, then bound up by tough English-speaking men in black and secretly flown to Egypt, where he was held and, by his accounts, tortured for several months, before being shipped to the American detention facility at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, in April 2002.
He was released from Guantánamo and went to Australia in February 2005 without any charges filed against him, because the Bush administration did not want the torture allegations aired in court, Australian and American officials have said.
Now, he is fighting back. He is running in elections on March 24 for a seat in the parliament of the state of New South Wales, whose capital is Sydney.

When police received allegations of racism, they swooped on the premises in question and seized a pair of suspects to help with their inquiries. Their alleged crime was that they were designed in the style of a golliwog, and a visitor to the shop where they were on sale had complained to police.
As a result shopkeeper Gavin Alexander faced a £1,000 fine after being accused of a public order offence.
Police have since returned the dolls and said charges were not being pressed. But Mr Alexander, 39, attacked the decision to take the complaint seriously in the first place.
“Surely the police have got more important things to do?” he said. “It’s cases like this that cause racism.”
His shop, In Touch in the village of Wrightington, Lancashire, sells soft toys, curiosities, furniture and other products.
The £4.50 “golly rag dolls” and matching key-rings were on display with African statues and Buddha figures. A multiracial doll shop eh , how politically correct.
Apparently a woman customer called police to complain that the golly-style dolls were racially offensive.
The next day two officers arrived and confiscated one 6in doll and one keyring. They took a statement from Mr Alexander and told him to remove the remaining gollies from sale.

VATICAN CITY, March 12, 2007 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Legislation permitting de facto and same-sex unions would be so damaging to family life and society that Catholics will do “everything possible” to ensure the laws do not pass, the head of the Pontifical Academy for Life said last week.
“Catholics will do everything to shed light on the debate, and will do everything possible so that these proposals will not pass,” said Bishop Elio Sgreccia, during a press conference at Vatican Radio. ”Everything based on untruths is destined to damage someone, if not many people.”
Zenit News Agency reported March 7 on Bishop Sgreccia comments at the Rome launch of a book on the issue by Carlo Casini, a European Parliamentary member representing Italy. Casini’s book was titled “Unioni di fatto, matrimonio, figli: tra ideologia e realtà” (De Facto Unions, Marriage, Children: Between Ideology and Facts), published in Italian by Società Editrice Fiorentina.

If the EU is going to craft new ‘Holocaust Denial’ legislation, surely it must first be defined. Mainly it is used to label those who, in the opinion of the one using the term, minimize the suffering of Jewish Holocaust victims and thereby foster the potential for future state-organized mass murder. The imagery of the über-industrial Holocaust is so gut-wrenchingly horrific that anyone challenging the story is deemed criminally guilty of intent to incite racial hatred or civic disorder.
The subjectivity involved in evaluating intent explains the many glaring examples of double standards surrounding the ‘holocaust denial’ controversy. For example: the ‘establishment’ historian Raul Hilberg states that the number of those murdered in Auschwitz was not four but one million, whilst the total number of Jews who died in WW II was not six but five million. When he makes such revisions, this is not considered ‘denial’. Yet when an ‘unapproved’ historian such as David Irving cites the same figures or, for example, that the gas chamber at Auschwitz is a post-war Soviet construction, during his trial in Austria he was not allowed to bring in the Auschwitz director to testify because no question regarding the truth or falsehood of any aspect of the Holocaust was allowed. In most courts where such cases are tried, there is virtually no defense against ‘denial’ accusations even if the revision in question is generally agreed-upon by ‘non-denier’ Holocaust historians.

Not only do these surreal double standards make Kafka appear a realist, but also the changing story makes defining the Holocaust, let alone ‘denial’, almost impossible. Although all mainstream ‘approved’ historians accept that the systematic mass murder of millions took place more or less as narrated, the specifics have changed considerably in the light of new evidence, usually uncovered by those they label ‘deniers’. At first, the method was not gassing but steaming, mass burnings and so forth, with people sentenced to death based on numerous eyewitness testimonies (without cross-examination). Later, gassing was established as the main method with hundreds of further eyewitnesses recalling in graphic - and conflicting - detail as to how this was perpetrated in camps in Germany proper. But years - and more testimonies, convictions and executions - later, all mainstream holocaust historians agreed that there were no gassings within Germany, rather outside, most of them in the Auschwitz complex. But when later forensic analysis, witness cross-examinations and other documentary analysis (train schedules, official German inmate records released from Russian archives, trials etc.) revealed that this too was inaccurate, the numbers in Auschwitz shrank from four to around one million, though the global total of six million remains.

New landmark research has found that alcohol and tobacco are more dangerous than some illegal drugs like marijuana or Ecstasy and should be classified as such in legal systems, according to a new British study.
In research published in The Lancet magazine, Professor David Nutt of Britain’s Bristol University and colleagues proposed a new framework for the classification of harmful substances, based on the actual risks posed to society. Their ranking listed alcohol and tobacco among the top 10 most dangerous substances.
Nutt and colleagues used three factors to determine the harm associated with any drug: the physical harm to the user, the drug’s potential for addiction, and the impact on society of drug use. The researchers asked two groups of experts - psychiatrists specializing in addiction and legal or police officials with scientific or medical expertise - to assign scores to 20 different drugs, including heroin, cocaine, Ecstasy, amphetamines, and LSD.
Nutt and his colleagues then calculated the drugs’ overall rankings. In the end, the experts agreed with each other - but not with the existing British classification of dangerous substances.
Heroin and cocaine were ranked most dangerous, followed by barbiturates and street methadone. Alcohol was the fifth-most harmful drug and tobacco the ninth most harmful. Cannabis came in 11th, and near the bottom of the list was Ecstasy.
