Romanian D.A. alliance on the edge

In 2003 two parties with similar goals, the National Liberal Party & Democratic Party (PNL & PD) allied so they could win the 2004 presidential and parliament elections. The alliance was called D.A. - Dreptate si Adevar (Justice and Truth). Together they won and they were friends until now. The liberals say that the president (who comes from the Democratic Party) has betrayed the alliance and has always been contemplating against them while the democrats want to break the D.A. alliance because they feel betrayed by the liberals because “the liberals are against our president and they want to take him down”. The thing is that they both are right, the liberals betrayed the democrats and the democrats betrayed the liberals. Those political masquerades are quite often in Romania and romanians call them “a circus”. Most romanians are tired of politics and they just want to live well but those clowns won’t ever seem to stop… If the president Traian Basescu will be suspended, a tatar descendant, Nicolae Vacaroiu will come to his place.
