Sylvia Stolz, the German attorney put on trial for daring to enter a defense in the Ernst Zundel trial, is currently on trial for “holocaust denial” in Germany.

Baltimore’s mulatto Negress mayor and City Council are suing Wells Fargo Bank, contending that its lending practices discriminated against Negro borrowers and led to a wave of foreclosures that has reduced city tax revenues and increased its costs.
Skip to next paragraph The recent surge in homeowner defaults nationwide, generated by lax lending practices during the real estate boom, has officials bracing for a range of problems that often accompany foreclosures. Some municipalities, including Cleveland and Buffalo, are trying to make lenders responsible for abandoned properties to ward off crimes like arson, drug use and prostitution.
But the civil suit that officials in Baltimore are filing in United States District Court may presage another type of litigation against lenders by municipalities facing shortfalls in their budgets.

On December 5th, Belgium’s official anti-racism centre launched a campaign to take legal action against wine company Alessandro Lunardelli, an Italian firm that produces wine labelled with an image of Hitler. Other Lunardelli bottles in the suit bear labels picturing Hermann Goering, Rudolf Hess, Rommel, Heinrich Himmler, and even Eva Braun.
The images were not enough to provoke legal action, but the labels also include Nazi slogans: “Ein Volk, ein Reich, ein Führer” (One People, One Empire, One Leader) and “Sieg Heil” (Hail Victory). The presence of the slogans was enough to tip the balance. Ingrid Aendenboom, spokeswoman for a Belgium anti-racism organization, told Reuters, “That falls within the framework of the anti-racism law…. A picture of Adolf Hitler is in itself too little, but he’s also doing the Hitler salute and there is this message ‘One People, One Empire, One Leader.’”

Chancellor Angela Merkel’s conservative party has rejected charges by Germany’s Jewish community that it was flirting with the extreme-right with hardline proposals against crime by young non-White immigrants.
The general secretary of Merkel’s Christian Democrats (CDU), Ronald Pofalla, said the accusations by a Jewish leader that the party was whipping up xenophobia “could not be topped in their absurdity.”
Stephen Kramer, a board member of the Central Council of Jews in Germany, said this week that a CDU candidate’s tough law-and-order stance in the campaign for a key state election this month “can hardly be distinguished from (the views of) the NPD.” Kramer warned against stoking prejudice against foreigners.
“There are already signs that the NPD in particular and other right-wing extremist groups are exploiting this debate,” he said.

..One of the CIA sources confirmed that the Turks had acquired nuclear secrets from the United States and shared the information with Pakistan and Israel. “We have no indication that Turkey has its own nuclear ambitions. But the Turks are traders. To my knowledge they became big players in the late 1990s,” the source said.
