Jewish group wants to censor internet in Australia

CIVIL liberties arguments do not apply when extremist organisations use the internet to spread hatred, B’nai B’rith Anti-Defamation Commission (ADC) chair John Searle said last week.

“Clearly a line has to be drawn between freedom of speech, voicing of differing opinions – and material that just incites racial hatred, religious intolerance and violence. When that line is crossed, that material ought not to be freely available to all who log onto the web.”

Searle was responding to protests voiced by civil libertarians after a recent conference of state and federal attorneys-general proposed cutting off Australian internet access to hate groups.

State and federal attorneys-general met in Adelaide late last month to canvass options for empowering the Australian Communications and Media Authority to order internet service providers to cease hosting racist and anti-Semitic websites.

The ADC has joined groups from other com-munities welcoming the proposal.

UK: ‘Non-Muslim’ father and son banned from London pool

A father has described his anger after he and his son were refused entry to their local swimming pool because they weren’t Muslims.

David Toube and Harry, five, were turned away by staff from the men-only session.

The council has now admitted that workers at Clissold Leisure Centre in Hackney, north London, made a mistake and offered the family an apology.

Mr Toube, 39, a lawyer, said they visited the baths at 9am on Sunday.

“I arrived at the pool to discover that they were holding what staff described to me as ‘Muslim men-only swimming’,” he said.

“I asked whether my son and I could go as we were both male. I was told that the session was for Muslims only and that we could not be admitted.”

Mr Toube then spoke to the duty manager, who confirmed he could not enter.

U.S. Government, Talmud, Mock New Testament

The U.S. State Dept.’s Office of Global Anti-Semitism now says the New Testament is a book of conspiracy theory! Yes, our government now rules that the Biblical record that Jews had Christ crucified is not only anti-Semitic; it’s conspiracy junk. This step toward criminalization of Christian beliefs directly threatens believers. It is also an act of blatant hypocrisy: While the New Testament is derided as “hate speech,” not a word is said about the seething hatred contained in Judaism’s most sacred book, the Talmud.

The State Department reports, “The tactics of many anti-Semitic groups include the propagation of conspiracy theories… Traditional conspiracy theories…” include the belief   “…that the Jews are responsible for the death of Christ.” 1 For tens of millions, the New Testament is anything but conspiracy theory! It’s the written Word of God.

Immigration breaks backs of taxpaying U.S. citizens

Are you having a hard time paying your bills, making your mortgage payments or putting your kids through college? You need to know how much of your hard-earned income the government is skimming off and diverting into handouts to immigrants and illegal immigrants.

You can read the depressing details in the new 70-page document called “The Economic and Fiscal Impact of Immigration” by Edwin S. Rubenstein. A Manhattan Institute adjunct fellow with a mile-long scholarly resume, he has been doing financial analysis ever since he directed the studies of government waste for the Grace Commission of 1984.

The bottom line, which you need to know for your own bottom line, is that U.S. taxpayers are giving more than $9,000 a year in cash or benefits to each immigrant, a third of whom are in the country illegally. That’s $36,000 for each immigrant household of four.

On Interracial Marriage

A letter writer to VDARE.COM took umbrage at my recent attempt at a General Theory of Race, “It’s All Relative: Putting Race in its Proper Perspective.” I had inserted a few positive remarks about the harmonizing effects of interracial marriage - such as “Intermarriage is what turned the Angles and the Saxons into the Anglo-Saxons.” My correspondent declared my views to be “pure evil.”

That seems exaggerated. Personally, I thought that what I said was only 99 and 44/100ths evil.

The whole topic of intermarriage raises deep passions. This is hardly surprising because it is terribly important for understanding how the world works. Yet it is largely off-limits for objective analysis - witness the anonymity of this letter.

St. George’s Day Pageant Cancelled

For those of you who may have missed it we were informed yesterday that a St. George’s Day parade in Bradford has been effectively banned. The official reason given is to do with “health snd safety” and the ”cost of policing” – the real reason is obvious to all from reading media reports. One of which begins:-

“A St George’s Day parade through an inner-city area hit by race riots has been cancelled following police advice.

Community groups had planned to stage the multi-cultural event in Bradford and 1,500 schoolchildren were due to take part.

Many of the youngsters had already made flags of St George to carry on the parade on April 23, which was designed to boost community cohesion.

But last week police and council chiefs told the organisers that the event could not go ahead as planned. At a meeting, police demanded a shorter route which avoided two streets at the centre of the race riots in 2001.

Muslims continue the invasion of Germany

In Germany, Islam is often equated with fundamentalism and fanaticism, a perception that imposes a heavy burden on the country’s 3 million Muslims. Their relationship to Western society is divided between integration and sometimes self-imposed exclusion.

Friday prayers: Hamburg’s central mosque in the St. Georg neighborhood is the most important gathering place for the city’s estimated 130,000 Muslims.

The name of the salon is German — Goldene Finger (Golden Fingers) — but the services it offers are listed in the window in Arabic and Turkish. In the front of the shop, 40-year-old Palestinian Toufic al-Rifae gives men haircuts and trims their beards. Veiled women disappear into a back section behind a curtain, where female hairdressers do their hair and, using thick lines of the traditional Middle Eastern cosmetic preparation known as kohl, apply their makeup in the Arab style.

Britons fear race violence - poll

Almost two-thirds of people in Britain fear race relations are so poor tensions are likely to spill over into violence, a BBC poll has suggested.

Of the 1,000 people asked, 60% said the UK had too many immigrants and half wanted foreigners encouraged to leave.

But the proportion of people describing themselves as “racially prejudiced” was down to 20%, compared with 24% in 2005.

Equality and Human Rights Commission head Trevor Phillips said the findings were “alarming”.

Britain’s last serious race riots - when violent clashes erupted between white and Asian youths in northern England - happened seven years ago.

Despite this, the poll, carried out by Mori, found three out of four people thought there was now a great deal or a fair amount of tension between races and nationalities.

One-quarter of prisoners in Norway are foreigners

Some 25 percent of prisoners in Norwegian jails are citizens of other countries than Norway.

This is a huge jump from 2003, when just 15 percent of the prisoners were non-Norwegians, reports Aftenposten.no.

For comparison, just 5 percent of those living in Norway are not Norwegian citizens.

The Justice Department report reveals that 683 prisoners began serving sentences in 2007, although the actual figure could be higher, as the report only counts sentences and doesn’t include criminals who are directly transferred from arrest to imprisonment.

The list of nationalities in Norwegian jails is topped by Poland, Iraq, Lithuania, Sweden, and Somalia.

Netherlands: Radical imam teaches to hate infidels

Islam teacher Suhayb Salam from Tilburg, taught his students to hate infidels, according ot journalist Patrick Pouw in his book “Salaam! Een jaar onder orthodoxe moslims” (Salam! A year among orthodox Muslims). Suhayb is the son of Tilburg imam Ahmed Salam, who had in the past refused to shake minister Verdonk’s hand.

For a year Pouw learned by the ultra-orthodox Salafist Salam, manager of the Islamic Institute for Upbringing and Education. In this institute youth are taught to be preachers of the “only true faith, Islam”.

Salam hammed in ever lesson on the duty to hate unbelievers. Pouw writes in his book: “We learned that all infidels were enemies of Allah, that everybody who didn’t follow Islam is an enemy of Allah. We heard that sincere love for Allah means that we must hate his enemies, and must see them as our enemies. That was nothing less than an obligation.”

Chinese Demonstrations Against West Spread

BEIJING (AP) - China appeared to be trying to rein in a growing nationalistic fervor, urging its citizens to be “calm” and “rational” in the face of anti-Western protests against French retailer Carrefour that spread Sunday to more cities across the country.

More than 1,000 demonstrators carrying banners gathered for the second day in Xi’an in front of a Carrefour outlet, chanting “Oppose Tibet Independence,”"Go China,” and “Condemn CNN,” the official Xinhua news agency reported.

In Wuhan, another 2,000 people, mostly students, waved the Chinese flag and sang the national anthem for the second day in a row.

Protests also were staged in the cities of Harbin, Dalian, and Jinan. An estimated 1,000 demonstrators blocked traffic in Dalian, while another 1,000 protesters in Harbin held up at a 33-foot-long banner in support of the Olympics, Xinhua said. Hundreds of police were monitoring the demonstrations in the five cities, which remained peaceful.

Mugabe Awaits China Munitions - Genocide Feared

I misunderstood Mugabe. I thought he said “Democracy” and “Ballots”. But its really “Bullets”. Oh, so that is “Democracy” Mugabe style. Well, he wins because he’s getting 3 million bullets - along with mortar and RPG7 ammunition. Those must be the “ballots”, er bullets he was waiting for to enforce “democracy”.

This is from Eddie Cross of the MDC in Zimbabwe. This is sickening, but COMPLETELY EXPECTED! We did not expect honesty did we? We were never that completely stupid.

So Mugabe set up the process to completely steal the election the first time, but it did not work. So now he’s busy stealing it AGAIN, and if that does not work, he just hauls out the infantry weapons and starts killing the people! Ah! That is the “democracy” he claimed to stand for. This is “Democracy” - which he fought the whites for this. This is the “democracy” which he is so proud of.

Muslims to outnumber Christians in Britain

The increasing influence of Islam on British culture is disclosed in research today that shows the number of Muslims

worshipping at mosques in England and Wales will outstrip the numbers of Roman Catholics going to church in little more than a decade.

Projections to be published next month estimate that, if trends continue, the number of Catholic worshippers at Sunday Mass will fall to 679,000 by 2020.

By that time, statisticians predict, the number of Muslims praying in mosques on Fridays will have increased to 683,000.

The Christian Research figures also suggest that, over the same period, the number of Muslims at mosques will overtake Church of England members at Sunday services.

Taliban says Dutch soldiers killed over film

LONDON — The Taliban said a deadly attack on Dutch soldiers in Afghanistan was in retaliation for an anti-Islamic film made by a politician from the Netherlands, a U.S. terrorism monitoring service said on Sunday.

The son of the new chief of the Dutch military and another Dutch soldier serving with NATO-led forces were killed when their vehicle hit a roadside bomb in Afghanistan on Friday.

The attack was one of “a sequence of missions taking revenge for the insulting film”, the Taliban said in a message in Arabic on its website, according to the terrorism monitoring service of a U.S. author and analyst who goes by the pseudonym Laura Mansfield.

Dutch MP Geert Wilders, leader of the anti-immigration Freedom Party, launched the anti-Koran film Fitna – an Arabic term that can mean strife – on the Internet last month.
