Backward negro from U.N. to investigate ‘racism’ in the U.S.A.

GENEVA (Reuters) - A special U.N. human rights investigator will visit the United States this month to probe racism, an issue that has forced its way into the race to secure the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination.

The United Nations said Doudou Diene would meet federal and local officials, as well as lawmakers and judicial authorities during the May 19-June 6 visit.

“The special rapporteur will…gather first-hand information on issues related to racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance,” a U.N. statement said on Friday.

His three-week visit, at U.S. government invitation, will cover eight cities — Washington D.C., New York, Chicago, Omaha, Los Angeles, New Orleans, Miami and San Juan, Puerto Rico.

UK: Ethnically Cleansing The Whites

If proof were required that the entire political system in this country is corrupt, racist and rotten, then the article below proves this.

The Sons And Daughters Scheme was a scheme designed to ensure that local families who had lived in Tower Hamlets for decades were not broken up and forced to move outside the borough to get housing. It tried to ensure that families took care of their parents and grandparents by living near them, that extended families could assist each other and support each other and it tried to ensure communities stayed together. It saved the tax payer money as instead of the government having to take care of pensioners by having carers come and visit them and assist them in their daily needs, their own families did this for them. It helped prevent marriage and family breakdown as local families could help each other out in times of need. It ensured that communities stayed together as communities instead of an area just becoming a series of insular ethnic ghettoes comprised of different ethnic groups all competing for ever diminishing resources.

South African Hell: Violence spreads in Johannesburg

At least 12 people have been killed in the South African city of Johannesburg since Friday in a wave of violence directed at immigrants, police say.

Police have used tear gas and rubber bullets to try to stop gangs of armed youths from attacking foreigners and looting and burning their property.

Five people were killed overnight in the area of Cleveland. Two of them were burned and the others beaten to death.

More than 50 were taken to hospitals with gunshot and stab wounds.

During the day, a church where about 1,000 Zimbabweans have been taking refuge was attacked.

Money raised for Africa ‘goes to civil wars’

Money raised for Africa ‘goes to civil wars’

Billions of dollars raised for African famine relief by celebrities Bono and Bob Geldof have instead funded civil war across the continent, says terrorism expert Dr Loretta Napoleoni.

London-based Napoleoni, in Auckland to appear at the Writers & Readers Festival, has written two books, Terror Inc: Tracing the Money Behind Global Terrorism and Insurgent Iraq: Al-Zarqawi and the New Generation, on the economics of terrorism.

Her latest book, Rogue Economics, studies the destabilising effect of economic globalisation, focusing in part on why more than half a trillion dollars worth of aid sent to Africa since the 1960s failed to reach the intended destination - developing the nations’ economies.

George Bush hails Israelis as the ‘chosen people’ …

President George Bush lavished anniversary praise on Israel yesterday, as Palestinians commemorated the “Nakba” or “catastrophe” when 700,000 were forced from or fled their homes 60 years ago.

In a special address to the Israeli Knesset, Mr Bush declared that the US was proud to be the “closest ally and best friend in the world” of a nation that was a “homeland for the chosen people” and had “worked tirelessly for peace and… fought valiantly for freedom.”

And in a speech that linked together Hamas, Hizbollah and al-Qa’ida, the President likened those – including “good and decent” people – who urged negotiations with “terrorists and radicals”, with supporters of appeasing the Nazis before the Second World War.

Norway, Oslo: ‘Rapes are the fault of Norwegian girls’

Oslo police recently released its 2007 Rape Report. The report shows a marked increase in Somali rapists, generally on account of gang rapes. (Translated from Norwegian)

At least ten women were attacked and molested by a gang of Somali men at Sofienberg park in Oslo on Saturday evening.

Last year a record-high 161 rapes and 35 rape attempts were reported in Oslo. Over 70% of the rapists were non-Norwegian [ed. ethnically, a majority had Norwegian citizenship].

Lawyer Abid Raja visited a cafe in Grønland in Oslo for Norwegian broadcaster P4. There he met three young men (ages 26, 30 and 35), from Somalia and Senegal.

The men, who refused to have their names published, spoke with P4 about the rape and robbery wave hitting the city.

London: Jewish community targeted with Jihadi graffiti

London’s Jewish community has been targeted by a wave of anti-Semitic graffiti.

Residents were today warned to look out for suspicious activity following the racist attack in north-east London.

Vandals sprayed shops, pavements and walls outside four synagogues in Clapton Common and Stamford Hill on Tuesday night. Worshippers were yesterday confronted with slogans such as “Jihad to Israel” and “Jihad to Tel Aviv”.

Hackney council is removing the graffiti, which consisted of 40 pieces of writing.

David Greenwald, 20, who visits the Chasidey Belz Beth Hemedrash synagogue in Clapton Common, said the close-knit community was shocked.

France: Paris is center of Islamic Finance

France will today take a significant step towards establishing Paris as a western centre for Islamic finance when plans to attract this fast-growing sector to the city are discussed in the country’s parliament.

The move is a part of the French capital’s wider aspirations to rival London as an international financial centre.

Christine Lagarde, France’s finance minister, has already introduced several measures to attract global funds since taking office last June.

“This government’s objective is to make France more competitive and one aspect of that is [attracting] Islamic finance,” said Anouar Hassane, a credit analyst for Moody’s, based in Paris. “We have to compete with the rest of Europe and the emerging economies.”

UK: Algerian Arabic man arrested for defecating and urinating in Supermarket

AN ALGERIAN man arrested after allegedly spraying a mixture of ‘urine, faeces and domestic products’ over food in two supermarkets last Friday was remanded in custody today to await committal to crown court.

Sahnoun Daifallah, 42, of Bibury road, White City, Gloucester, is also accused of two similar attacks on earlier dates in a bookshop and a pub in the Cotswolds.

Daifallah, who represented himself at Cheltenham Magistrate’s Court this morning, admitted being at the locations involved but denied being responsible for the spray attacks.

He indicated he would be pleading not guilty to four charges of contaminating food or books - two on May 14 at Cirencester and Birdlip, and two more at supermarkets in Quedgeley and Abbeydale, Gloucester, on May 16.

Obama victimized by the ‘evil white man’

The article goes on to report that Obama supporters have had some difficulty reaching out to white audiences as of late. True, Obama’s racially-charged rhetoric has done little to attract white votes, just his failure to respect the American flag during the national anthem and his wife’s “finally proud to be an American” commentary will never top the list of ‘most advantageous campaign moves’ …but the article mentions none of this. The fact that Obama followed around a white-hating pastor for twelve years did not make its way into the report, either - and perhaps for good reason. The report claims that Obama’s recent campaigning difficulties have nothing to do with what he did wrong; MSNBC suggests that the only thing wrong is what is “wrong” with whites who are not voting for him because he is black. With that, Obama is made to look like the poor victim of an evil white world where evil white racists go to the polls. To support this victim theory, the article quotes a few people working for Obama campaign who claim to have heard racist insults and a handful of whites say - (gasp!) - they would never vote for a black candidate.

Racist Violence against Whites does not cease in Zimbabwe

On Tuesday night Mr and Mrs Rogers (pictured) were viciously attacked in an incident between Chegutu and Kadoma. Their farmhouse was looted and trashed in the attack.

We have been told that their injuries are serious: Mrs Rogers was beaten and has suffered a cracked jaw and broken ribs. Mr Rogers has broken ribs and a broken nose - and his ear was bitten. He was shot at seven times and apparently said he felt one bullet going through his hair.

We received information today that last night, in the Chegutu area (south of Harare), farmers in the area were all called into the police station in Chegutu and were “re-educated” in a lecture on ‘how to vote’.

They were told that if they or their workers voted for MDC in an election run-off they would not be allowed to farm any more and would be evicted.

‘German’ Muslim girl wants to skip swimming lessons

A Muslim girl in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia cannot skip co-ed swimming lessons because of religious prohibitions against wearing formfitting clothing, a German court ruled on Wednesday.

The administrative court in Düsseldorf ruled that the state’s responsibility to educate the girl outweighed the potential infringement on her religious freedom.

The 12-year-old girl’s parents sued her school in the northern German city of Remscheid after the school refused to allow the girl to skip swimming class. Citing religious reasons, the parents said they did not want their daughter to participate because her body would not be covered.

The ruling means the girl must participate in swimming lessons starting next week, Sabine Ernst of the Alexander von Humboldt School told German news agency DDP. Ernst declined to state what the consequences could be if the girl declines to attend.
