Japanese Government Adopts British National Party Policy: Pays Foreigners to Go Home

The Japanese government has officially adopted the British National Party’s policy of humane voluntary repatriation by offering foreigners cash grants to go home on the understanding that they never attempt to enter that country again.

With the global economic crisis showing few signs of abating and Japan’s unemployment spiking to a three-year high of 4.4 percent, authorities have introduced a plan that provides immigrants with handouts of Y300,000 (£2,120), plus Y200,000 (£1,413) for each dependant, if they leave the country.

The first applicants received their cash from the controversial scheme this month.

For nearly two decades Brazilians have been granted special working visas. They flocked to towns where factories turn out Honda and Suzuki vehicles and work was plentiful in the associated industries.

Since the economic crisis hit, however, sales of Japanese cars have plummeted around the world and production has been halted at many factories.

Honda Motor Co. announced in January that it was cutting all its 3,100 temporary employees in Japan, while Toyota Motor Corp., based in nearby Nagoya, halted all production in Japan for 11 days in February and March and laid off 3,000 part-time staff.

There are around a third of a million Brazilians living in Japan. Many of those who are taking up the offer to leave are second-generation residents who are faced with no work and no opportunities. They have welcomed the chance to return home subsidised in that manner.

This reflects BNP policy to the letter, and is confirmation that our party policy is modern, democratic and perfectly in line with international norms.

Japan is adopting the sensible approach of protecting its national identity and its workforce by putting its own people first — as should any normal, healthy government.

It is about time that Britain gets a healthy government which puts its own people first.
