I don’t know anything about ENCRYPTED BROWSERS but I do currently use Scroogle http://www.org/ and then there is Startpage which I heard is suppose to give a person optimum protection.

the mentioned above \Tor\ currently developed by Google-funded team. You can read it off Tor site, btw. So everyone knows who owns Google and whom the Google is collecting info.
