Two weeks ago, I presented a young Palestinian, Mohammed Omer, with the 2008 Martha Gellhorn Prize for Journalism. [Watch][Alt] Awarded in memory of the great US war correspondent, the prize goes to journalists who expose establishment propaganda, or “official drivel,” as Gellhorn called it. Mohammed shares the prize of £5,000 with Dahr Jamail. At 24, he is the youngest winner. His citation reads: “Every day, he reports from a war zone, where he is also a prisoner. His homeland, Gaza, is surrounded, starved, attacked, forgotten. He is a profoundly humane witness to one of the great injustices of our time. He is the voice of the voiceless.” The eldest of eight, Mohammed has seen most of his siblings killed or wounded or maimed. An Israeli bulldozer crushed his home while the family were inside, seriously injuring his mother. And yet, says a former Dutch ambassador, Jan Wijenberg, “he is a moderating voice, urging Palestinian youth not to court hatred but seek peace with Israel.”

Angela Merkel, Germany’s chancellor, has told Israel’s parliament that her countrymen are “filled with shame” over the Holocaust of the Jews.

In a speech delivered in German, Merkel pledged on Tuesday that her country would stand with Israel against any threats, particularly from Iran.

“The mass murder of six million Jews, carried out in the name of Germany, has brought indescribable suffering to the Jewish people, Europe and the entire world,” Merkel said.

“The Shoah fills us Germans with shame,” she said, using the Hebrew word for the Holocaust.

“I bow before the victims. I bow before the survivors and before all those who helped them survive.”

To its 117 elderly residents, Wesley Acres is simply a peaceful place to pass their twilight years.

Only when viewed from above does it become apparent that the retirement home is built in the shape of a giant swastika.

Following complaints, steps are being taken to alter the shape of the 1980-built establishment in Decatur, Alabama, so it is no longer a symbol of Nazi power.

But the question remains: Was Wesley Acres merely an accident or an expression of far-Right beliefs by its planners?

Prompted by complaints from a Jewish activist, the agency that owns the government-funded building is planning to alter its shape to disguise the Nazi symbol.

Avrahaum Segol, an Israeli-American researcher, claims the swastika shape is homage to German scientists who designed the V2 rockets launched against Allied targets in World War II.

PARIS (EJP)—Simone Veil, a Auschwitz survivor and respected personality, has fiercely criticized President Nicolas Sarkozy’s plan to have primary school pupils to learn the name of 11,000 French children murdered by the Nazis. “It’s unimaginable, unbearable, tragic, and above all, unfair,” Veil was quoted as saying on the website of the weekly L’Express.

“We can’t inflict this on 10-year-old children. We can’t ask a child to identify with a dead child. The weight of this memory is much too heavy to bear,” she said.

The 80-year-old Veil, who is chairwoman of honour of the Foundation for the Memory of the Shoah called “unimaginable, untenable and unfair” the plan of Nicolas Sarkozy to link every pupil of CM2 (the last year of primary school) to a child victim of nazi persecutions.

Girl wandered 5000km through Nazi Europe, lived with wolves for a while , But not really…  

It took the fallout from a multi-million dollar lawsuit to finally lay this lucrative Holohoax story to rest, this case of fraud casts doubt on many other outlandish Holocaust tales that have been sold as indisputable fact to a trusting public. The fact that the media would shamelessly promote a patently ridiculous story of a tiny young girl trudging through Europe with a pack of wolves shows the uncritical attitude of the media to all things Holocaust Whatever the truth of the Holocaust it cannot be found in the establishment media, but only in academic inquiry and examination in an atmosphere of freedom. Any scholar who voices legitimate questions about any aspect of the fundamental dogmas of the Holocaust faces academic ruin, terrorist attacks (as has Dr. Faurisson) and even imprisonment. Until that repression changes the world cannot hope to know the whole truth of the tragedy of what is called The Holocaust.
